When would I receive my order?
If your order a product that is ready to ship your order will ship within 1 to 2 business days.
Look for the Ready to Ship badge to understand what can be shipped right away.
Custom made orders process in 10 to 12 weeks and then ship via USPS Priority with tracking number and insurance. You’ll be notified about the progress of your order and when it is ready to ship.
What shipping carries do you use?
I ship all orders via USPS Priority within the US.
If you are located inside the United States you should receive your order within 2 days for products marked “Ready to Ship”.


If you are located internationally, please allow 8 to 10 weeks to receive your order that is marked “Ready to Ship”, custom orders take additional 8 to 10 weeks to be made.
Do you create a custom order from scratch?

Do you accept commissions?
Absolutely. Please contact us for a quote.
Can you make me the same piece in a different color or bigger?
That would be considered “custom order” contact me for more details. Be specific of what you want, color and size.
Do you have more than one of each product?
I make every piece individually and what is shown here is what I have in stock, however, you can commission an extra piece or a set. Usually takes me 8 to 10 weeks to finish a custom order.
Why does it take so long to make a new piece?
Depending on the piece I can make it in less than 10 minutes, however, the piece needs to dry, be trimmed, and fired. After the first fire I apply the glaze and fire again. In addition, I need at least 80 pieces to make the initial fire due to the size of my kiln.
Is your pottery safe for food, microwave and/or dishwasher?
Yes, everything is food safe in addition to microwave and dishwasher safe unless specifically indicated that is not for use in microwave, dishwasher or for food.
Salt shakers should not be washed in dishwasher because if water gets inside the shaker it will be difficult to dry compromising the effectiveness of the product.
Would the salt overflow from the salt shaker?
No, there is a double wall that secures the salt. If you notice the salt overflowing is because you fill the shaker with too much salt.
How do the shakers work?
Salt shakers are very easy to use. To fill just turn it upside down and fill with salt (any salt works) To use it just shake it. They come with instruction or you can watch the demo video bellow.
