Can you make me the same piece in a different color or bigger?

That would be considered “custom order” contact me for more details. Be specific of what you want, color and size.

Do you have more than one of each product?

I make every piece individually and what is shown here is what I have in stock, however, you can commission an extra piece or a set. Usually takes me 8 to 10 weeks to finish a custom order.

Why does it take so long to make a new piece?

Depending on the piece I can make it in less than 10 minutes, however, the piece needs to dry, be trimmed, and fired. After the first fire I apply the glaze and fire again. In addition, I need at least 80 pieces to make the initial fire due to the size of my kiln.

Is your pottery safe for food, microwave and/or dishwasher?

Yes, everything is food safe in addition to microwave and dishwasher safe unless specifically indicated that is not for use in microwave, dishwasher or for food.

Salt shakers should not be washed in dishwasher because if water gets inside the shaker it will be difficult to dry compromising the effectiveness of the product.

Would the salt overflow from the salt shaker?

No, there is a double wall that secures the salt. If you notice the salt overflowing is because you fill the shaker with too much salt.

How do the shakers work?

Salt shakers are very easy to use. To fill just turn it upside down and fill with salt (any salt works) To use it just shake it. They come with instruction or you can watch the demo video bellow.
